The fees cover the training, certificate, materials, tea and coffee breaks for classroom workshops/courses.
Yes. We have a number of discount schemes which vary depending on the number of registrations and other factors. Please call us and we will be happy to share these with you.
A laptop is not required for our workshops. We encourage you to take notes directly in the workshop manual provided, for easy reference back on the job. Your manual will contain practical job aids, checklists, samples and decision-making tables. After the workshop, these tools will be available electronically through your personal website account.
We will do whatever we can to assist our course participants with disabilities. Just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide a disabled participant an additional seat in the classroom and an additional set of course materials for an Auxiliary Aide. The employer of the participant is responsible for all other costs of any necessary accommodation. If possible, try to let us know 2 weeks in advance of the workshop so we can do everything possible to assist the participant.

Ghaya accepts various forms of payment for our products including: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit and Wire Transfer. If you prefer, your organization may be invoiced for your product(s). Prices are subject to change without notice. Downloadable products such as (eBooks and e-Learning Modules) are not refundable - all sales are final.

In-House Training Courses
Yes. Ghaya is a leading provider of in-house custom-designed courses. Since 2015, we have been tailoring in-house solutions for our clients aimed at helping them achieve short term training wins or long term strategic requirements. All the courses we design can be offered "in-house" in English or Arabic or a combination thereof.
Once we receive your duly completed request, one of our business development professionals or consultants will get in touch with you to understand your requirements with more detail and answer any relevant questions you may have. After all pertinent information has been exchanged, we will work on the custom-made request and send you the proposal you require and work with you to identify the ideal period and place for delivering the custom-made solution.
Yes. You can choose the dates and timings for In-house trainings - subject to trainer availability.
Yes. Our trainers travel outside the Qatar to provide training in different countries throughout the Middle East and beyond.
Public Training Courses
Our limit is 18. In busier seasons we make exceptions to accommodate loyal clients.
Training timing and duration vary from one course to another. Please check the course page for more details. Starting time for classroom courses in the morning is 8:00 am and afternoon at 4:00 pm (Doha Time)
Expect your course to be highly participative. There are many group and individual exercises, case studies, and samples to critique. The activities and methods will vary to keep you interested and stimulated. We’ll maintain a good pace so boredom won’t set in. We invite questions, comments, and discussion at any time if you wish (and only if you wish). Don't worry; we won't put you on the spot!
